Quanto Flx Specifications are specifications based on Rainmeter skin writing syntax (ie INI configuration file syntax), assisted by Styles included with Quanto Flx core configurations, to create Quanto Flx style skins under the constraints of Quanto Flx Package.
The reader will be assumed to be able to write Rainmeter skins.
